RITBA offers 3 types of plans for Individual Accounts.

Important:
If you wish to request a Resident discount plan, please download the printable application and mail the application along with any
required documentation OR enroll online and submit your request after enrollment along with your account name, number and any
required documentation via the following options:
Mail or Walk-In Center (Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sat 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

You may fax proof of residency to (401) 423-7036 or scan an email to ezpass@ritba.org.
Until proof of residency is received the E-ZPass rate of $4.00 will be charged. If proof of residency is received within thirty (30) days of opening your account, we will adjust all RITBA Class 1 (2 axle passenger vehicles under 7,000 lbs) tolls to $0.83 by applying a credit to your account.
